Just found a large electrically heated propagator in the garage:) All seeds rapidly transferred and cranked up to 20 degrees...

So far behind with my sowing I'm not sure I'll get toms or chillies this year. So bit like last year but different reasons lol

[Someone] puts it up in the loft space of the garage and stays very quiet about it...

I didn't know! It's a really good sized one too easily enough space for a couple of trays a nd some pots with a high lid :)

Blimey, I'm off to check my garage to see if someone has left me one.

Plenty of time yet, for Tomatoes:blue thumb: As for Chilli's, it might be touch and go, just depends on whether or not you can give them the right conditions later on.

My shed is like the bermuda triangle, i bought a stainless steel jet pump a few years back, used it once and stored it in the shed. I found it again this week while looking for something else :)

That's a good find. Our previous owners left absolutely nothing behind. They even took most of the plants in the garden without telling us they would be , and yet that was one of the things we liked about the house.

That's awful Dorothy, we had a really mean previous owner too. We couldn't work out why the daffs never flowered until it clicked that he had cut off all blooms to take with him.

It is surprising what people will do.We did not even notice till the next day when we went out! Only about a week before, we had been to the house, and the garden was full, next time it was virtually empty. We actually did a house swap with them so was also annoyed that when they mentioned they were taking the upstairs curtains with them because it matched there bedding...which was fine because I had too do the same...they also took the poles to go with them! They were only wooden poles, so not very expensive.Problem was I had left my silver metal poles at my house so was right pi**sed off that the next day we had to out and buy all new ones! Oh and they took the toilet seats can you believe it and replace with two cheap white ones. They got there come up pence though. Within a year, they separated and had the house repossessed:snork:

                  :hate-shocked:

                  Now that is mean.

In our very first house they had taken all the light bulbs.

                  Serves them right.

We did OK on our last move, although the stingy git had taken all the flowers we had agreed with solicitors for him to leave the carpets, although we didn't like any of them they kept us going till we got round to replacing them. One bedroom carpet turned out to be hand woven middle eastern and sold for a fair bit of money at auction :dbgrtmb:

What a shame! At least he was being honest though, but it does make me wonder why people buy houses with gardens if they aren't interested.

Would have considered not selling to them at that point! Have also found quite a few solid doors, dining table and general crud up there.

Not looking good for chillies :(
