Back from our Morocco trip which was great, until last Thursday when I went down with severe Gastro Enteritis so I lost the last two and a half days and I still have it now, just waiting for a visit from the Doc.
Might get a few pics up in the nex day or two, just a bit washed out at the moment.

Should be ok in a day or two John, a coach tour is the worst kind of trip to get it as you are always on the move (internally too!! I guess you could call it 'The Marrakech Express':snork:). Joking aside it's ruined my week as there is so much to do, garden/greenhouse, walks, birding, voluntary work and all I can do is sit here:frown:

Good to have you back Strongy, but so sorry to hear about your predicament.. I hope you feel better soon.. Plenty of fluids.. I always have a few cups of honey & ginger a day too.. I find it a great pick me up after a gastric attack..

1/2" of fresh ginger peeled & chopped...
          1 large teaspoon honey..
Pour on boiled water.. Stir & mash the ginger & honey a bit & leave to steap for about 5 mins then just sip away as soon as cool enough..
Honey has wonderful anti bacterial properties & soothes & calms the stomach lining.. Ginger is wonderful for the digestion.. In my experience along with plenty of fluids, this helps the most.. The dioralyte is wonderful stuff too.. It was obviously a very bad attack so do take it easy for a day or two yet mate...
