Got a new house fly

I got one in my hair once while weeding underneath an apple tree, makes me shudder thinking about it, OH was cleaning the car and I went running round screaming(do a lot of that don't I ) he managed to get it out but not before it'd stung me and him!!!!!

 

My old dog was allergic to stings,the first time he got stung i couldn't believe what i was seeing...within minutes his lips started to swell then his head ,i was petrified....rushed him to the vets and they sorted him straight away but it was very scarey....luckily he gave stinging things a wide berth but as many have said Wasps will 'have a go' just for the sake of it.....so i was on tender hooks every time one went near him....

 

Oh poor pooch loli , good job you were so quick getting him to the vets.

 

And that's another thing.....they sting more than once and live to tell the tale
I did read somewhere that when one stings, it leaves a scent to tell the others that the stung object is a threat, so the others are likely to sting as well..oh joy
