That is a beauty scooby-mas :) I saw one very like it at the garden centre the other day called 'Rajah' took my eye straight away.
I have a few flowering now so I'll get snapping later, just off to have my tea :)

I love all of those irises. Beautiful!

I got some Siberian iris rhizomes which I put in quite late this year (April). There are shoots but I'm thinking I'm unlikely to see flowers this year, is that right? I'm up north and have put them in the sunniest spot in my not so sunny garden (nw facing). They get sun from about 9.30 am to 4pm. I'm in Yorkshire so a bit cooler here (not much though)

It doesn't help that apparently the slugs have decided iris are their new favourite snack. Pellets are down!

Mmm I wouldn't think they'd flower this year Reetgood I have a few Siberians, one's flowering now and the others are in bud about to flower, should have settled in enough to flower next year though if the rhizomes are a good size, know what you mean about slugs I caught one mid munch lol it'd chewed through the whole flower bud!!!!
A few more piccies of some of mine :)

Quick update, this was potted end off last year, basically my main iris is huge, I pulled a few rhizomes off the main plant and just popped them in a spare pot I had, thinking not a chance they will just die... I was wrong...

What's the white specks on the top of the compost? Something you put on?
