                  I had a lovely day:

                  Bacon sandwiches for brekkie (sorry Zigs)

                  Then a mostly veggie lunch, risotto and tabula - with gammon & pork pie to keep the carnivores amongst us happy.

                  Then off to an American style ice cream parlour in Woking where I had a Knickerbocker glory and a milk shake. I might have over indulged, I can now only manage a few liquorice sweets tonight.

                  Back to 'normal' tomorrow.
