    I don't think the garden will need any pressure washing, I've never pressure washed mine and it's OK. Couldn't you just cross those jobs off?

    The front garden and drive is the same as the patio at the back, and as we are so close to Heathrow it quickly gets absolutely filthy - I tend to pressure wash it off two or three times a year. Its one of the easier jobs thankfully, and I do the PVC fascias etc at the same time.
