    Papaver somniferum which is an annual Poppy and a Rose of some description.

      This is only my personal opinion,I would go with Rose "Nearly Wild":) Image 2

      Floribunda. Rose-pink, white center. Mild, sweet fragrance. Medium, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form. Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. . Height of 2' to 3' (60 to 90 cm). Width of 2' to 3' (60 to 90 cm). Brownell Family (1941).
