    Hi Folks, could someone please identify this annual for me please. I like it and want to get some more, but don't know what it is called. Please see attached image.

    Welcome John :) It's a phlox, the same colour flowers as mine (when they eventually come out!)

    I think you will also find it's a perennial, going from the plants in my front bed which look identical to your Phlox. The smell is an acquired taste, hence my calling it a smell rather than a scent.:eeew:

    There are annual Phlox as well as the perennial ones and the low growing Alpine ones.
