What are these, please?

Any help appreciated for these three.

 

Second is Lesser Bindweed, Third is Foxglove.

 

1) is Centaurea macrocephala AKA Giant Knapweed, Yellow Hardhead, Bighead Knapweed, Armenian Basketflower and Lemon Fluff Knapweed.
