Just started raining - thank you :thankyou:, not much at the moment; still far too humid though :phew:, although heavier rain and a return to normal temperatures is forecast for later....:thumb:

Hi all, Pixie we've had the same although haven't lost tv reception. Seriously, are you missing anything? Put the radio on if you can, it's suprising what you can learn & learn to like!
All my last seedlings are going to be blasted!
Really what could be better than on here? :)

Yes, i know TV is rubbish - other than the gardening programmes of course, i simply prefer to be outside and feel a little lost stuck inside, so i've potted up some late seeds instead :) Lets, hope the rain stops soon i've got 3 weeks off work! Hoorah!

Oh Pixie, didn't realise you were 'up my way too', lol. Bet you've had way worse than us.
Goodness, your 3 weeks off are at the end of the season aren't they? (I'm a new gardener and have been for about 4 years, haha- seriously not much better!) Where abouts are you? Cos it makes a difference if you are coastal or inland - hark at me, like I know what I'm on about! Does though. I'm urban, used to have lots of little fields around but now houses :( Our gardens around though are a credit to everyone - we're tryers!!!
TV - I think we ought to start a petition to thank them cos it's never been so easy to spend time outdoors. lol.

Borrowers, i'm in the countryside, but half a mile to the nearest beach, so bit of both really. I work in Education, hence the late 3 weeks off, but i'm well ready for it, just hope the rain holds off, to let me get my shed put up and a new lawnmoor! :yess:

I'm in Wales (on the Brecon & Monmouth Canal) so it's raining.

My internet connection is via a usb extension lead going out the window to the roof of the boat where my broadband dongle is wrapped in a plastic bag.
