2 IDs please

First one is around 1 ft tall. Second around 4 ft tall.

 

Both look like Hemerocallis.

There are many named ones.
Difficult to be sure which they are from a pic.

Would i be right in thinking they grow from tubers?

 

Ive got a clump ov each that have had the leaves and flowers cut off, what should i do with them ?

 

No, they are normal perennials - although the roots are quite fleshy.

The flowers will keep coming if you let them - I just pull off the individual flowers after they go over.
