Hard cheese is my favourite and I could eat a whole lump of cheddar, Red Leicester or Cheshire in one go - now it's been mentioned I might have some for supper :)

I love it all, blue cheese like Oxford and Shropshire Blue even the 'plastic' stuff like
      and Dairylea.

Only thing I'm not keen on is cottage cheese, reminds me of sick.

And being lactose intolerant these days Cheese is a real no go area, so if I indulge it has to be a really strong flavoured one as more than a teaspoonful is......................unsociable.

My favourite would have to be crumbly Lancashire, but I like most cheeses, not a fan of blue cheese but I use it to make a cheese sauce really different.

I like a nice traditional Sage Derby, a nice smoked Cheddar and garlicky Boursin. I also like Edam for cheese on toast. :)
