I'm getting impatient! :P

It's a new year and I'm getting itchy fingers, I've cleaned out my 8x6 greenhouse and tidied everything up. Irrigation pipes away and heated Propagators are out!
All I've got going at the minute are cacti seeds from last year which have been overwintering brilliantly from last year.
Any thing I can get sowing early in a heated prop or have I just got to tie my hands together and wait till it warms up.

 

Its about time chillis were sown, if you like chillis.

 

Chillies and Sweet peas are always my first sowing , around the last weekend of January. Then nothing else really until the end of February.

 

Already got most of my sweet peas in Harry and overwintered, just need to get the cold frame built to put them when their ready for potting on.......now where did I hide my drill??!!

 

Anything that needs a period of cold stratification;

Lupin,
Aconitum,
Alliums (and onions),
Galtonia,
most Fritillary,
Vestia foetida.

Check out this list. I may be able to rustle up some Allium christopii seeds too.

 

I think we all start getting restless about now. I will be out there at the slightest provocation now.
