    Hi all,

I've just joined up and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm currently living in a 1-bedroom flat with no garden and no balcony but have somehow managed to fit multiple varieties of chilli, tomatoes and also a few herbs onto the 4 window ledges that are available to me! My boyfriend now refuses to let me buy any more seeds :hehe:

However I've just been offered a 3-bedroom house and we'll hopefully be moving next weekend. It has a fairly large garden so I've got plenty of room for some raised beds and a greenhouse - which my boyfriend's mate has kindly offered to us. As you can imagine my boyfriend is very happy that we will have free window space :hehe:

Yep, I'm deffinately hooked! Been stocking up on seeds for the spring from Homebase, the Wilkos sale and eBay :) but I have got plenty to do until then with making the raised beds and digging some borders for my fruit bushes

    Welcome :)
There is a good section further down "beginners garden development" that may help with some ideas for your new garden. It is addictive! But lovely.

Thankyou, hopefully I'll be able to post some 'before' pics once I've moved and settled in.

I love it already - I just hope that there are people here who understand my NEED to buy seeds, plant seeds, repot my established plants or at least do SOMETHING gardening related every day :lollol:(even if that means just going through my packets of seeds and planning or even just looking at them :lollol:)
