    Can you identify this caterpillar please? It (and its mates :() has been eating my newly planted Lime trees :(

    That is one UGLY booger!!!!! LOLOL Dunno what he is though sorry.....

    Excellent site, thanks. Its the caterpillar of a buff tip moth. I now know what the eggs look like, so I can keep an eye open. They pupate by falling on the ground, so I'll see what sort of destruction I can do underneath the trees too so they don't come back next year.
