    please help ID this for me, it is not actually my plant it is in next doors garden but it does over hang into my garden and i think it is lovely

          thank you , the neighbour saw me looking at it today and he came out to say he would cut it back as it was over hanging , i said i would be happier if he didnt :dbgrtmb:
