I wouldn't be worried about the curling... but the brown patches on the stems and leaves.... have they got a white fur around them?

The tiniest little illegitimate children? How are the called, mites? Anyways, if the fruit are unaffected, never mind the leaves. Harvest your crops when it's ready and brownbin the plants.

Quercus noticed some brown patches on stems, that could be something more sinister. However, tomatoes are grown for the fruit, plant health is not vital in August if they produce plenty of healthy fruit as yours seem to do.

It looks like grey mould (Botrytis) on the stems to me. I'd be more worried about that as per Quercus's post above.

Also there's a lot of twine around the stems, make sure that you are not 'strangling' the branches. Now the weather has warmed up , I'm leaving the greenhouse open day and night for maximum ventilation. Tomato plants wilt quickly in the heat so maybe some shading will help.

Those "brown" patches on the stem of second photograph look black to me ... not a good sign :(

Try giving it a little more water than you would usually. If the stems are having a problem, perhaps the leaves arnt getting enough water.
