It sunny but cold here, woke to a little bit of snow on the windshield....feels like winter is never going to go away, but it is only April.

I have some errands to do today, and a couple deliveries for Brad, was supposed to go down to Toronto, but that's now tomorrow instead.

@Lolimac , thank you, the OH aunt is still with us, but has Cancer and we were told the other day that is a matter of days / poss weeks. Ella is fighting fit at the moment so hopefully all is well today and she comes through the op. She is hassling me for food as I type, which obv she cannot have, bless her.

Another lovely day here. It's been like that all week. Nice sunny days and rain in the afternoons and/or evenings so not had so much watering to do.

Sending all good thoughts for Ella today and a big for Steve and Mrs Steve.

Hope the snow disappears soon Penny. Do you normally still have it this late in April?

Hello everyone, I have been collecting credits for fuel at Tesco but not sure how it works. I have accrued 18p per litre for fuel bought before 30th April and am already up to 13p off for May. I do not use much petrol although of course visiting Shiney next month will use some. I am not sure how it works and whether I have to go into Tescos to register on my card my entitlement or get a slip for the garage so that I qualify. All a mystery to me.

Shiney, you are doing very well in the garden, that is you and Mrs S.

HRG do hang on in there although I guess if we want to see you at the Open day you need to produce early enough. My Steve's birthday is the 22nd May!

What has happened to this site, I just cannot find it initially and then when I do it doesn't seem to look after us ok...........I had hoped when I eventually got my system right that this would be the same and now it has changed again. HELP!

It turned out very warm yesterday afternoon,I'm glad I opened up the GH before I went to work,it was still like a sauna though...The plants are taking so keeping up with in this weather...

Ella came through her op ok, she has been kept in overnight and we can pick her up at 9am this morning. Cannot wait to have her home again.
