    Shiney...Great Dixter is a place I'd love to visit,I've seen it on the TV many times and it looks beautiful..
    I'd love to know what that crow is up to:scratch:...I wonder ....have you got a large teddy or cuddly toy you could prop up on the inside of the window,that might deter it...it must be very annoying at that time in a morning,plus the mess it's making...
    "Run Rabbit ,Run Rabbit Run, Run, Run"....see I'm at it again..think I've had too much sun already:heehee:...I've already got a batch of pastry made up:thumbsup:

      That's a good idea :blue thumb: but I would probably be cuddling the teddy bear :roflol:. If you remember what our place looks like, the windows, and French doors, to the lounge (behind where the Flamenco dancers were) are 7ft high and 12ft wide - and I don't think I have a teddy bear that size :loll:

      I think it will be crow on the agenda after I've dealt with the rabbits!

      Current score:-
      Rabbits - 30 runner bean plants, 8 French bean plants, 6 courgette plants, 3 marrow plants, all our sunflowers and cosmos, our lovely oriental poppies and a number of other flowers that Mrs Shiney was growing for flower arranging.

      Shiney - three rabbits in three days. (I think Mr Fox is enjoying his free meals out in the field behind us.)

      Agree with that but slugs alone are having a feast here, glad I don't have the rest to contend with. I was out with the torch and plastic bag last night and got 14 of the blighters but I bet they will have been replaced tonight :wallbanging:

                  Thanks everyone. It will make this weekends 23rd anniversary party even better for us. Hopefully tomorrow nights fancy dress party here @ chez Hairy will be topped off with an England win :love30:

                  I am still buzzing tbh, I knew I had a good chance, but you never know do you, all those months I did as a 'driver' here in Northampton set me in good stead, and I have the Branch manager, Dan, to thank for the training and support he gave me. :dbgrtmb:
