I have yellow daisies in my garden (dunno their name) and now they are starting to thin out with the dead heading and are looking a little straggly.

If I cut them back now, into a nice shape, while they are still flowering will they come back into flower?

    Nice pic Jim and Vicki.
I don't think the daisies look too straggly. I would enjoy them for a little bit longer then cut them. They might come back into flower.

I agree, they look nice and is that Cosmo's behind them, the light pink flowers?

    Yes it is cosmos.

:hehe: I think the picture is quite flattering as you can't see the flowerless stalks poking up because they are camouflage! I'm not being fussy honest, it's just they were like a cushion of flowers, and I wondered if I trimmed them they would re-cushion.

I know I sound bonkers! :rotfl:

I think they are a bit short and a bit sparse for Helenium.
Could do with a closer picture
