Hi chaps...just moved to a new place three months ago, gone from a townhouse with zero garden to quite a large space to look after. Have been learning along the way and starting to get the hang of it. Currently spending 20-30 hours a week in the garden along with my wife.

Winning the war on nettles & brambles, have cleared around half an acre so far...!

Looks like there's sufficient space for an orchard.

Thanks chaps, there's around 6.5 acres inc. a walled garden section that's round the back of the house. There are just over a 100 trees, still identifying them...plus lots of shrubs & bushes. Have acquired a a Westwood ride on, Stihl strimmer, Hayter Harrier, plus lots of bits & pieces.

Spent the day cutting grass, weeding, treating the ditch that runs round the place with concentrated roundup...lots to do...!
