        Have had an awful night walking the floor every hour with leg cramps, am still awaiting delivery of the homeopathic Quinine from the states. Have been told it is on its way, cannot come too soon! My legs are weak enough as it is.

          Very cloudy but very mild this morning. Cooking for students today (and myself :)) but I'll do a stir fry so I don't get too hot. It requires a lot of preparation but very short cooking time. :blue thumb:

          Steve, good luck with the greenhouse. Make sure you don't get burnt in the sun. Do you have someone to help you?

            @shiney , I do have a very beautiful assistant, Mrs HG :spinning:

            We are building in an area that will stay reasonably shaded and cool until after lunch, hope to have a good chunk done, and then completed tomorrow morning. If it happens to go very well we 'might' try and get it finished today, but once that sun comes fully around :phew:

                    @Lolimac - wild horses could not drag me to work tomorrow; I have reached the end of my rope, and would only end up saying or doing something that I would regret. Been a pretty horrendous day at my end, including the sad death of a colleague and staff member who has worked with us for ten years or so.

                    So, yeah... I will be off tomorrow, and there is a higher than average chance that I will be seeing the bottom of a Bacardi bottle.

                              Good morning all my friends,yes its 12.20am in the morning,its lovely and cool in the garden,but in woos nest its 29 celsius(84f) the walls have been pumped full of little white balls,there is 12 inches of fibreglass in the loft,3ft thick glass in every window,hot water pipes under the floor's,no wonder it fills like I am in the oven on gas mark 7:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

                                Good morning all on this Bonus of a Sunday morning,are we all topped up with bouncability and putting that smile on, whatever you decide to do day enjoy your day and take care my friends:smile:
                                I am just going to prepare the Sunday lunch(we have got a nice leg of lamb to day) half price from Tesco's;) and then myself and Penny are going for our early morning little walk while its cool and quiet:smile:
