    Because God didn't give us three hands here is a product that keeps that old compost bags open while you are using both hands to chuck in the prunings, grass cuttings, leaves etc

    Me too. Could have done with the "grown up" version yesterday as I was trying to fill 1-tonne builders bags from a JCB back-bucket :)

    I have something I think is probably similar. Its a 'pop up garden bag' like this one .....

    Got mine from the pound shop though :) Stands up on its own and the sides are pretty sturdy. I fill it up and then empty it into the bin holding just the handle on the side. Then it folds down flat to store.

    Have even used the handles to hook on the top of step ladders while pruning stuff up high, leaving both hands free.

    Certainly worth a quid :)

    I've got a set of those 'pop up bags' Sam, I find them very very useful, except I just about worn out the biggst one I've got. Mine were quite expensive I think, so if they are in the Pound Shop I'll keep a look out for some more.

    They had round ones in the pound shop and square ones in the 99p store ... if you have one of those too ! :)

    They all look really handy must remember to go and look in my pound shop
