Leylandii hedging conifer

    I dont mind that one actually as it is quite pretty!!

    I just hate the big thick ****** thats is full of water, my theory is to plant something that sucks up the water so there is none left for those things.

    Hawthorn hedges are lovely all the year and wildlife friendly.Close clipped they make a dense screen, nothing can get through.

    That appears to be Himalayan balsam (Impatiens glandulifera) a pretty flowerd plant but an incredibly invasive weed introduced to the UK in 1839 (something else to thank the Victorians for:hehe:)
