    If anyone could shed any light on this i would be greatful,

    i think its a rose im very unsure though

    i do think its beautiful and i want to make sure it stays in my garden but not in the place it is at the moment, is it possible to move this flower?

      Yes, it's definitely a rose. And very beautiful. You can move them but I think it's best to wait till spring when you would be pruning it. The best person to advise, though, is @wiseowl

        Thank you lost_in_france it's very beautiful it's a great picture but it really doesn't do it justice so much more beautiful to the eye.

        Ah pruning yet a another aspect I need to learn.

        If you take a look at the Rose Forum Ollie there are threads at the top that will explain how to prune. Meanwhile Eve has requested 'wiseowl' to look at your post, he is our resident Rosarian and will guide you. :)

          Good morning Ollie,yes its a Hybrid Tea Rose,and you can move it when its in its dormant state anytime from November to March:smile:

          To ID a rose it would help if you have anymore information such as Age, petal count,etc ,its a beautiful pink:smile:

          Off the top of my owl like head,it could be Rosa"Congratulations":smile:
