I use Felco secateurs every day and they are great, but I've also had two pairs of bypass secateurs from Lidl which are also pretty good. They've lasted and wor just fine. I still have them. I bought them a couple of years ago and I think they were a couple of quid at the time.

I have used a Wolf-Garten Anvil type secateurs for over 15 years, and it still cuts as it did first day.
So I bought more heavy duty ones from same Make, and they are good. Got them from eBay for half of shop price.

Secateurs: Decided to get new ones, old ones are very tired like this old girl wrists are not up to much either dear husband said he would treat me, so on to Amazon I go read up most of the reviews decided on Japanese Okatsune 103 Bypass. £29-50 had to wait a couple of weeks When they arrived from Japan packed up beautifully, Wow and are they sharp. I didn't go for the well known makes as they usually have in small print made in China on the packet. So now will start making inroads on an untidy garden reckon will have to invest in a councils green bin not allowed to put garden rubbish in the black bins any more and I have seen them checking ....
