Lynda Bellingham

I have just been reading about Lynda Bellingham.

Her colon cancer is so bad, she now wants to stop her therapy.

It means that she will have one last Christmas.

What a lovely lady, I seen her OXO ads, watched in 'All creatures great and small et al.

Big hugs to her and her family.

So so sad!!

 

Shocker, didn`t realise it was that far advanced.

 

I've just been reading Lyndas story...What a brave lady...I've just lost a friend to a terminal illness and where she got her strength from I will never know,when everyone around her were 'discretely 'falling to pieces she was the strong one...there are some very special people in this world...

 

Cant say I know much about here, but always remember the OXO ads.

They were good, I didn't realise she is now 66, (not that old really), why is everyone ageing faster than me.

 

That is soo sad to hear...Hope some day we find a cure for this horrible disease

 

It's a courageous decision to make: respect to her for making it!
Wishing her final times to be those of love, peace, dignity and as pain free as possible.

Such sad news. Even now I refer to her and the adverts when sitting having a car picnic in wild weather.

Such a shame to read about the sad demise of this wonderful lady just after she has now found some happiness in her life.

I do think the poo sticks that are sent to everyone over the age of 60 are a very good idea in trying to detect this horrible disease early but even then like other diseases it can develop any time after the all clear results.

I just hope she doesn't suffer too much when the time comes and is made to feel comfortable and pain free in her finale days....

 

Seems she has recorded her final appearance for Loose Women (to be screened on Wednesday 22nd)
