Onions and Garlic

    i planted out a couple of onions and a garlic bulb that had started sprouting in the kitchen, they seem to be growing but what do i do now and will i grow anything edible????? :help:

    Sorry Jem, I don't think your onions and garlic will do well.
    If you would like to grow some wait until October / November and plant out some onion sets (baby onions) and some garlic cloves and grow them over the winter. They will both be ready around this time of year.

    hi there, thank you for your reply, i guess i got them a little wrong lol! are therer any othere veggies i can plant that time of the year too?

    Yes,you can plant other crops.I'm planting potatoes,cabbage and squash in the garden.Actually,it's my mom crops but i help her whenever i have time.
