      An hour of sunshine today, thanks @"M" :dbgrtmb: , the rest of the day was heavy rain showers and strong wind. 13C but currently 11C, quite mild.

          It rained quite a lot in the night with the winds building up. Today it's been fairly mild, [around 63f], but horizon to horizon, again, clouds although it hasn't rained. Right now it's 52f with a pressure reading of 1019mb.:coffee::snork: Unfortunately, the Jet Stream is well to the South of the UK so it's trapping a big Low Pressure to the West of us and it's not looking as though it will shift for at least a week:gaah:

              Heavy rain and high winds during the night and during the morning it rained until around 11a.m. Then the clouds cleared and it became bright and clear while the daytime temperature never got above 55f. Right now the temperature is 46f and the pressure reading is 1026mb.:coffee::snork:

                After a break yesterday evening the gale and rain hit us again in the early hours.....not a good nights sleep. :doh:Bright and sunny through the middle part of the day and back to gloom for the rest, 13C.

                It could be worse I suppose. My son in Columbus, Ohio says they have an Arctic vortex on the way.....didn't we used to call this an Arctic blast?
