Coastal is lovely - the Colliers I mentioned earlier tastes very similar but cheaper.

Got me thinking now, if I could get a mouse proof cage, how about Dorset Pill Box matured Cheddar? :ideaIPB:

Always cold and damp in there, just like Wookey Hole :)

Thanks, will open them later, and list them, see if my cheese man has these already. he seems to be able to get cheese from all over the world. Actually, I might just copy and paste and facebook him to see his answer.

I love brunost, my best friend sends me some over from Norway. It's got a slight caramel taste to it, something with how the sugars ferment?

This one was best before last May :)

Packet was bulging a bit and it's grown a bit of white stuff on it, tastes fantastic though :)

                      Now there's a combination :ideaIPB:

Don't do what I did and try to eat a whole Stilton, the salt content nearly killed me

it is @Zigs , and interesting combo. can also do crackers, blue or Stilton with walnuts and the honey drizzle. Speaking of blue, there is a good dip I make: 4 oz. crumbled blue, 1 pint sour cream, 1/2 cup walnuts and one tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. set overnight, the walnuts absorb some of the moisture from the sour cream. I use medium size pretzels to dip with .
