Hi new to the forum :)

We are looking to do the other border in our garden (finally done mostly one side and about to start on the other, lots needed loppingand removing - we have only been here a couple of years so everything was already planted)

Anyway, we have decided that we want to have plants/shrubs with the Kids names in

we have found Lysimachia Punctata Alexander (covers the eldest  ) and we know where we can get that :)

have found a few for the youngest but as we want perennials and smallish i have narrowed it down to 4
    Corydalis Flexuosa "Pere David"
    Lilium Davidii
    Vibernum Davidii
    Penstmon Davidsonii

havent found these at the local garden centre, so where can we buy any of them (for when we have picked lol)
now the problem we have is the other 2 kids

we cannot find anything for Benjamin (we dont want the blackcurrent, and its not really fair to have the "stinking Benjamin" lol, the Benjamin Bush is too big) so help needed there please :)

We have just about narrowed down the other child to the Kelsey Dwarf Dogwood (to which i happen to be allergic to the sap but OH will be in charge of lopping that one lol) but not sure if i can find a UK stockist (or local stockist) for this

    Help please :)

    Thanks

    Thankyou everyone

I will know next week how i shall be getting on

Have left a list with my local garden centre (can we name on here? ) and they had 2 of what we wanted on the website but not in stock at local. He has written them down so he has my list of

Ingrid Bergman Rose (OH wants this as its a lovely rose lol)
    Lysimacia Punctata Alexander
    Viburnum Davidii
    Cornus sercea Kelseyi
Peony Lactiflora Big Ben or Helianthemum Ben

did buy 2 ferns and a Dahlia Sarah (got discount on that as a lot of the leaves had been munched - they gave us a third off as it was the only one left) - i have a couple of friends called Sarah so thought oh why not

Glad you liked the suggestions :) Am sure if the local garden centre cant get them, then you should be able to find somewhere online to buy them from. Just a matter of spending a few hours searching though Im afraid !

Ahh, didn't realise that kentishmaid was your real name. Well, there is a fuschia variety called 'Kentish Maid'. See here: http://www.rhs.org.uk/rhsplantfinder/plantlist.asp?code=SRiF+

I'm expecting my cyber beer now, hope it's nice and cold. :D
