It's warm here and the boiler's off! Of course, another grey day with a strong to gale force wind blowing and a little drizzle. It's currently 13C!

We've had a mild night with the temperature not dropping below 51F but the wind has been howling around the house like a pack of demented wolves!

Took ages to get light here this morning - still only half light. A windy, mizzley morning so faffing about indoors,

I drove from West Cheshire to the Church in Baslow in Derbyshire to put a Christmas Wreath on the place where my Father is. It was quite a warm day, with no Sun and heavy clouds with the winds getting a bit "big and bad" and you could feel it tugging and pushing at the car as you drove. It didn't rain until I got back into Cheshire and was at my local Petrol Station filling up with diesel to get through the Christmas period and then it poured down and made worse into driving rain. Right now the temperature is 52f and the pressure reading is 1030mb with a forecast of a cold front arriving just before Christmas day and staying around for a day or so.:coffee::snork:
