Hi! I'm new!

Hello!
I'm 24 and a keen gardener and wildlife enthusiast. I love growing plants from seed and designing each year's flower borders at home. Slugs are the bane of my gardening life but I'm not a fan of chemicals which can harm the birds/hedgehogs so end up hunting them out at night using a torch and deporting them to more rural locations..!!

Wow, border design - clever thing you! - I struggle in that department. My "design" theory tends to be, pop it in: it now has two choices, thrive or not
