Planter question!

    Hi, I have a two tiered planter I used for herbs last year.
    The question: do I need to refill with new compost for this year or will the compost already in it with some mint and oregano in it, be ok to use....?

      I would leave and give it a feed end of March maybe remove a little from the top and top dress with fresh compost , tomato feed will be ideal low in nitrogen.
