    :) For Lollipop.
I saw this beautiful Peony today at the show.
I don't know if you are familiar with it......It's called Bowl of Beauty.

    Thankyou Roders for remembering.

It is unbelievably stunning. Jawdropping in fact. I can't for the life of me think of anything more gorgeous-I know I say that about every single one I see, but that is a special peony. I am familiar with them, but hats off to a brilliant picture.

They never fail to blow me away.

    Thankyou

there is a Peony Farm near me, I pass it frequently. When they are ready for cutting, you see women packing them up. I guess to ship to florists. When they are in bloom I'' ll stop and take a picture of the field for you all.

Dead thread I know but...........I have acquired one of these recently and it has had the star treatment. Just before the snow fell I saw the first blunt burgundy stubs of the new shoots poking through.

So excited for the flowers-should flower fine considering the size of the plant and price tag when I bought it.
