this bio-urn is a good idea, but some may prefer just a plant instead of a tree and other variations...I would make it myself....

I had the same question when I first read it Val, after researching I found the bones are ground into bone meal.
Like I said for me I would happily consent for this ......... Whether I could see it happen to a loved one ....not so sure:dunno:

Yes, a very sensitive issue, but folk seem not so concerned now about having a 'special' burial place, I hear more and more of people just scattering loved ones ashes. :noidea:

They can do what they like with my body when im dead. they cant use my organs now because of my illness so only my eyes can be donated which is a shame.

So i dont care really care what happens i can be composted or cremated its all good.

i actually think composting is a great idea because im not spiritual in anyway and the only energy i beleive exists once someone is dead is heat (from decomposition) etc so fits perfectly in my way if seeing things.

My first thought on seeing the Bio Urn was that it was too small to get a body in. After further reading it dawned on me it was for the ashes. In which case a cheaper version would be a suitably decorated cereal box.
As far as I am concerned they can dig a hole where I drop and sling me in. Maybe stick a grapevine on top.

as you can see documented in clear view in war reports visible most days on our newspapers, we are made of bones and meat, therefore easily decomposable...
