I wonder if anyone can help with this, I have 2 roller blinds in my kitchen which I had made to measure. I want to change to a different colour/design, do I have to buy all the fittings again as well? Is there any way I can just buy/order some new blinds which will fit the fittings I have? I'm not sure if these are standardised at all. I really don't want to take these down and have to put more up again. Anyone else changed just the blind materials?

Or if the fabric is plain and in good condition ..... A wipe over then a spray fabric dye.

@"M" This was my first thought, just get some roller blind fabric and do it myself :ideaIPB:

Getting roller blind fabric, small floral would be nice, impossible to find.

Unfortunately I ordered these online 3 years ago!!! I can't remember/find the place where I got them from. :dunno:

There used to be a spray which you could use on cotton fabric to make it suitable for roller blinds (I used it a few years ago). I can't remember what it was called but I've done a quick Amazon search and they have a few different ones.

@westwales yes, thank you for that, failing all else I might just go down that route, I was just hoping to find an easy way of changing the blinds, like take old one down, put new one in place job done!! too optimistic sometimes I am!!

Well, how about you get some small floral fabric and then use roller blind fabric stiffner? Voila!

This is the way I'm gonna go, as if I haven't got enough to think about with the painting I am now planning on making roller blinds. :rolleyespink: there just happens to be in Hay a gorgeous fabric shop, I think I am likely to be wandering in there soon!! Thanks "M" and 'westwales' for this suggestion, sorted!!!:hapydancsmil:

We have a fabulous fabric shop in Pembrokeshire. They have a list of people who will also make up fabric for you, maybe yours knows someone who would do the blinds for you if you're short of time.
            Good luck
