First thing is to deal with the sheared bolt - you will need an extractor tool which you use in a drill to basically drill into the bolt on the reverse thread and then wind the bolt out.

Once you have that one dealt with, you can remove the others (might be worth giving them a good soak with some WD40 whilst you are dealing with the sheared one) and then it is usually a case of persuading the bumper off the car by pulling it in a backwards sort of motion.

Almost certainly, you will find that it is held in place by plastic clips on the sides, but should (hopefully) just slide out of those. Be careful of the wiring to those fog lights too -you will need to unplug those from wherever they join the loom

You are more than welcome Woo :) If you were nearer, I would pop round and give you a hand.

You buy them as a set from the likes of Halfords, Screfix etc - that one I linked to is only £4, so not deadly; there will be more expensive and more robust sets available for the pros, but for one use....

Here is a video that shows how to use them:

They will most likely be machine screw type - no bolt to worry about. If you have a torch, you could try having a look from underneath

You will probably find that they are a 'dealer only' type; to be honest, I would whip one out and take a look to see what kind of thread it has, and just match that with a bolt - probably a machine screw, maybe M6 or M8 at a guess, and then you would have to adapt the length.

If you have a local independent hardware shop, they would almost certainly be able to match it for you :)

EDIT - I wouldn't worry too much about the posi-drive slots in the head, as long as you can screw it in with a socket it should be fine. I suspect the slots are only there to minimise the risk of paint being damaged by a socket being rotated - particularly as a lot of dealers employ people that are what I would call fitters rather than mechanics - they simply follow a guide how to remove and refit; if that is a concern for you, stick some good quality insulation tape or masking tape around the bolt head before you go at it with a socket.
