Idiot neighbour flattens hose!!

Just went outside to water the garden and discovered that someone has PARKED THEIR CAR ON TOP OF THE HOSE!!! It is flattened, so I can't water the garden....
I thought I could get the watering can and do it that way, but of course I can't reach behind the car to disconnect the hose from the tap.....

You'd think people would NOTICE, wouldn't you? Wouldn't they think...oh, what's that long green thing attached to the tap in the garden? I'd better not park there!!

Just think yourself luck you still actually have the hose, They nick them round my way.

 

3 or 4 house bricks under the axle and then let the tyre down to retrieve your hose :wink:

 

I'm trying to imagine this Leonora.

Is the tap and hose in your garden ? Why is someone parked there or is it a member of your family ?

Sorry, I'm missing something, I can't picture the scene.

 

||There is a small car-park behind the garden, and that is where the tap is. People don't usually park so as to restrict access to the tap or to flatten the hose.....and I don't know who it is, probably a visitor, because the people here who have cars park them in the DESIGNATED SPACES FOR CARS!!

How inconsiderate and thoughtless of them Leonora. I hope they didn't stay too long and you got your watering done.

 

It gets worse....it has now BEEN STOLEN!!!

Is this a concerted campaign, or what?!!!

 

Probably not, just an occupational hazard of living in London. Doesn't make it any better though :(
