i want to add a few inches of topsoil to my current soil to add some nutrients and make the depth that little bit deeper.
I will be sowing with grass seed at the end of summer.
I have 2 samples one is general purpose and the other has compost in it.
They both look good but am I choosing the right stuff ?

Yes that link looks the better one for grass. The other one is blended with Mushroom compost which grass seed won't need, also the mushroom compost only lasts for one season then it decomposes, so the soil level will go down slightly.

That supplier looks pretty good - topsoil to BS which must mean something, prices are not too bad either. Did they send you the samples?

The two I have is multipurpose and economy. Not the extra blend with mushroom.
My mistake for not being clear.

I popped down there and got some samples today.
    I need 10 tonne

So for 10 tonnes the price difference is £100, I would be tempted to go for the better/expensive one but it's your money.
