Hi from SE London.

I think what you describe here is the hallmark of a gardener, i.e. the inability to sit and enjoy the garden for very long without the compulsion to either be up and rectifying things or making mental notes to do so. Continual improvements is how it should be and is the sign of a good gardener in my view.

(I am a keen cook i.e. like to try recipes. Whereas my food is met with approval, generally I can always detect what needs tweaking/adjusting and that is how I improve).

 

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Back at the flat in SW London now for a week. Watered and fed plants this morning at set automatic watering system for 10 minutes every 12 hours. Fingers crossed that everything will be ok. Have a lovely Sunday people.
