The cherry tree on my plot is extremely young -it infact looks totally dead! I need to move both that & the plum tree. However,, I noticed yesterday that the plum tree is starting to grow again. It has new leaves & buds coming on it.

I know nothing about trees - could some one advise if its normal for plum trees to sprout at this time of year? Its also a very small tree but did get 3 plums on it this year - this could be its 2nd year maybe (only had plot a short time)

The older leaves on the plum tree have gone a very off green colour & have alot of yellowish speckles on them. The new leaves are fine.
Will try get a picture later but does anyone know what it could be?

:blue thumb:...late frost in spring plays havoc too on young leaves but they always seem to bounce back....
