    I don't know mate to be honest the flowers do look alike look like buddleia flowers but bigger hopefully I'll get the chance to see the plant close up this Saturday if there still there thank for the replies.

      Hmm, seems to be growing in a pot in your pic- IMO phlox wouldn't get that tall or flower that well in a pot.
