my oh has seen a junior garden 6/63 m sit on mower going second hand in the local shop, but knows nothing about this make or model. Does anyone know anything about them? It's about 8 years old, and the young lad in the shop didn't know how much it was until 'the boss' came back on Monday. He needs a mower to do a 1/3 acre lawn. Any info gratefully received

Sorry, can't help with that.

1/3 acre seems a bit small for a ride on! :noidea:

      Hi @Ariadae,
Father in law has a ride on for his small garden (& I mean snall)
I can't help you with the make/model but may I suggest that it might be worth while checking that you can still buy parts for it? I'd hate you to buy something which then has a problem & you can't get new parts

They are ok....you would need to check what hours work is on this model if fitted with an hours clock on the dash?...many mowers are on their last legs at this age (if used and abused) and have faults, some serious and some not that the untrained eye cannot see in terms of engine ware and tear etc... but it all depends on who had it last, was it looked after etc... perfect size mower for your garden though..
