30 mins in the bank

I went into our local NatWest last week to pay a bill and there were two tellers on, one serving and the other doing paperwork. Directly 5 more joined the queue, the one doing the paperwork, got up and went into the back of the branch, so I too walked. Out the door and when I passed some 10 minutes later, the lady at the end of the queue when I left was STILL by the door waiting to move forward, so I will pay the same bill at another branch next time I visit another town and next week.
