Skinny leeks

    I am growing leeks for the first time this year. They are in a deep tray and at least 4" long but incredibly thin (looks like grass - hope I used the right packet :dh:) They seem to keep growing up without thickening, Shoul I be feeding them with something? Any advice gratefully received. :ntwrth:

    I expect they are fine ... they've got 6 weeks yet before they need to be planted out (or smoked!!).

    Am just about to head out into a very grey morning to do my Toms but you've put a smile on my face Kirsten. Maybe if the rest of my crops go belly up I'll be glad of those 'leeks!'
