hi moved and downsized to a bigger garden, so have a dedicated wild area fenced of, now have a polytunnel 6x3x2 mts soon to be fenced off.
Fences are important here as the dog wants to join in and ( wreck ) play all the time.
This is the second attempt with the poly as the winter winds removed it from the frame, even though it was tied down with straps.
Well now I have sewn all the ripped seams and turned the frame round so it is sideways on to the wind, it is up hopefully better secured.

Welcome to Gardeners Corner Jimcub. Where is here please? It would be helpful to members during discussion and answering questions if you could put your area in your avatar box please. Different climates mean different growing conditions. :)

I've no poly-tunnel experience of my own ( I know my site is far too windy and exposed). However, I have noticed that some people have weighted down the fabric by burying the edges of the cover along the length of the polytunnel.

Would this be possible for you?

No you won't be forgotten if you're missing for a few days Jimcub. We'd probably think you were holidaying on a hot, sunny beach somewhere. :) Have you got your computer sorted now?
