What's your weather - 2016

Not stopped raining all day. Not complaining though, there are far worse things going on in this country than 24 hrs of rain where I am.

 

I am officially peed off with all this rain now, looking at my lawn , or the soggy area that was my lawn, I even had a thought of gravel.
Please Lord give us a break,, and my area has not had any of the devastating floods..
to any and all affected by this appalling weather.

 

It's actually dry here at the moment for a change and the sun is trying to shine through the clouds. It's 7.3C but feels colder in the wind. There's rain forecast for later though.

 

Amongst all the grey sogginess the sun popped its head out today ...
... it took one look at the looming clouds and ...
... disappeared again

It was lovely though; while it lasted!

Got washed down the drain.

 

Still going and still touring with their fourth member too Armandii.

 

Sunny, got all the way up to 11f. But I had to drive about an hour out of town and 15 minutes into the trip had to drive through a snowstorm. Then snowing again on the drive back until I got close to home again.

Forecast is cold but sunny tomorrow so I am only going out long enough to visit my friend in the home.

 

Drizzle on and off but a lack of wind, 8C/46F.

Even the sheep have had enough!


The reservoir's full to bursting point.


This one's genuine but there are a number of new water falls in recent weeks. I saw three in this area today.

 

Provisional statistics issued by the MO show that December 2015 was the wettest calender month since records began in 1910. The UK mean temp for December is a record breaking 7.9C which is 4.1C above the long-term average!

It's 8.4C here at the moment and the sun is trying to shine through the clouds. No rain at present and just a slight breeze.
