About 8°C and damp. Warmed significantly overnight due to get warmer (13°C) and damper during the day.

 

After being down to -12C during the night, it has now warmed up to -9C. Dense freezing fog as well, not a day to go anywhere.

 

It's windy and a chilly 1.6C. The rain is going to arrive by lunch time and the winds are going to get stronger according to weather reports.

Suppose to have lots of snow coming my way this Saturday. So preparing today, getting more wine.

 

It's throwing it down now and blowing a gale. It feels even colder than it did this morning.

 

Hard frost overnight and max 4c today and overcast mostly.
Forecast mild 8c+ and rainy/overcast from tomorrow

Down to -2'c/28'f last night and a good frost. Today has been cold with grey skies.
The temp hovered around 3'c for the best part of the day but now has rose to a barmy 5'c/41'f

On the cat front he's not micro chipped, Paid £15 to have him checked over too.
Vet reckons he's around 6 months old and healthy
The vet said give it another few weeks to see if we find the owners then bring him up for his jabs and neutering.

After a taste of Spring yesterday we're back to the norm here today. Rain, wind and fog - now that makes a nice change. Still 6C/43F.

Edit: Talking of Spring, I saw the first lambs of the new season today.
