The Agastache with the actea is heavenly :)
It’s a great idea - better root system and all :)
Mine was a little slow to get going but now there is no stopping it, 2rd year I think maybe 3rd.
I prefer to avoid chemicals too, choosing to dig it out. I grow ‘plug plants’ of grass too like Monty showed last year to fill gaps :)

Wonderful plant. I have Dark Knight here, I got it at Wisley Flower show last year but it’s been neglected in a pot :noidea:
